Michael E. Schuss brings over 46 years of experience in the Canadian exploration industry, having been involved since 1980 and serving as a director and officer of Canadian-listed junior exploration companies since 1988. Mr. Schuss specializes in exploration project acquisitions across North America, Europe, China, and Africa, with expertise in precious and base metals, rare earths, platinum group metals, and battery materials. He has extensive operational experience, having worked underground in mines and on drilling rigs, and completed two concentrate shipments to Cominco's smelter in Trail, British Columbia. Between 1980 and 1983, Mr. Schuss worked for a national brokerage firm in trading operations on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The Corporation recognizes Mr. Schuss's tenured expertise in project development and looks forward to his leadership in optimizing the Issuer's exploration portfolio, including decision-making involving mining claim acquisitions, dispositions, and Crown reversions.

Mr. Hearst is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer of junior and senior public companies. He currently acts in a financial advisory capacity for emerging entities in the resource industry and prior thereto was the Chief Financial Officer of Canacol Energy Ltd. (TSX:CNE). Mr. Hearst also serves as a Director of Dixie Gold Inc.

Mr. England Jr. is the founder of JRX Media, a digital media agency focused on the junior mining exploration industry. He brings a significant knowledge base involving junior mining corporate communications strategies to Red Lake Gold.

Mr. Koo, CPA, CA brings significant experience in financial reporting roles covering many industries including junior mining, building materials and high-tech. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Nicholas started his career at a mid-sized accounting firm providing accounting, consulting, audit and tax services to publicly-traded and private entities. He has also gained industry experience in a public company which is one of the largest distributors of building materials and home renovation products in North America, represented nationally across Canada and regionally in the Western United States. Mr. Koo is a Partner at SHIM & Associates LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Shim has led a successful accounting and finance career in both the US and Canada. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing publicly-traded junior mining and high-tech companies. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois (United States). Through SHIM & Associates LLP, Mr. Shim serves as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements for various publicly-traded companies, primarily focused on the junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech sectors. Mr. Shim has also assisted numerous start-up companies achieve public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
